Help your team truly understand what AI can do, and what it can't

Anthonie tells the story while Stefan builds an AI agent live on stage: from bare chatbot to a digital colleague that knows your documents and sends an email by itself. Your audience watches it happen in real time.

What your team takes home

Everyone can explain it

Everyone can explain what an AI agent is and where the limits are, including colleagues who knew nothing about it beforehand.

One shared frame of reference

Management and team share one frame of reference to judge AI plans and vendor claims.

The EU AI Act made concrete

You know what Article 4 of the EU AI Act (mandatory AI literacy) concretely asks of your organisation.

Proof you can retell

The team has watched an agent come together step by step and can retell it in the next meeting.

What does the keynote cover?

A practical and inspiring look at AI — accessible to everyone, regardless of technical background

AI is more than ChatGPT

A language model is a statistical text predictor. An AI agent is that model plus a role, a knowledge base, memory and tools. That difference is the thread running through the whole keynote.

Knowledge base & RAG

How AI answers based on your own documents, with source citations. And how that data stays inside your own environment (Teams/SharePoint, Drive, Nextcloud).

Data, privacy & sovereignty

The two data streams (what gets stored versus what goes to the model), the risks of free models, and how you keep control of your data.

EU AI Act & AI literacy

Article 4 (mandatory), high-risk applications, and why human-in-the-loop and a feedback loop are the foundation of responsible use.

The live demo: from chatbot to digital colleague

During the keynote, Stefan builds up an AI agent in four steps the audience watches happen live.

v1

The bare language model

A statistical text predictor. Sounds convincing, but knows nothing about your organisation.

v2

Plus knowledge base

The agent answers questions based on your own documents, with source citations.

v3

Plus role and memory

The agent knows its task and remembers the conversation.

v4

Plus tools

The agent sends the answer by email itself. From a Q&A tool to something that actually does things.

CEOs & leadership

Who want to strategically understand what AI really is and what it means for their organisation

Teams & departments

Who want an accessible entry point into AI literacy: seeing what AI can do, and what it can't

As an opening keynote, plenary session or inspiration moment at a team day

"For us as a teaching team it was a very practical and enthusiastic introduction to And AI. We were fully informed and got to know the world of AI in a genuinely interesting way. We now know what role an AI agent can play in education."
